Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any services or enrolling in our training programs. By making a booking or purchase, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service or training. Bookings without a deposit will not be confirmed.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

We understand that life happens — however, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will forfeit the deposit.

• A new deposit will be required to rebook.

• No-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

4. Results & Expectations

Results may vary depending on individual skin type, aftercare, and other factors. Beyond Brows Studio is not responsible for unsatisfactory results due to non-compliance with aftercare instructions or undisclosed medical conditions.

5. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old for all cosmetic tattoo procedures. Pregnant or breastfeeding clients must provide medical clearance or may be declined service.

6. Training Courses

Enrollment in our training programs is subject to:

• Full or partial payment upfront (non-refundable unless otherwise stated)

• Respectful conduct toward staff and other students

• No reproduction or distribution of course materials without written permission

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any student for disruptive or unethical behavior.

7. Payment Terms

We accept payments via approved platforms and payment plan partners. Any failed or missed payments on a plan may result in revoked access to training content or appointment cancellation.

8. Liability Waiver

By booking with us, you confirm that you:

• Have disclosed any relevant health conditions

• Understand the risks involved in cosmetic tattooing

• Release Beyond Brows Studio from liability for outcomes related to known risks or failure to follow aftercare

9. Changes to Terms

Beyond Brows Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to all future bookings and enrollments.
