1. Are deposits refundable?
No. All deposits are strictly non-refundable and go toward the total cost of your service. If you cancel within 48 hours, you’ll need to pay a new deposit to rebook.
2. What happens if I’m running late?
Please let us know ASAP! If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
3. Can I get tattooed while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Unfortunately, we do not perform cosmetic tattooing on pregnant or breastfeeding clients due to safety concerns.
4. How long does the procedure take?
Most ombré brow appointments take around 2–3 hours. This includes consultation, mapping, and tattooing.
5. Does it hurt?
Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, but most clients describe the sensation as mild discomfort. We use a high-quality numbing agent to keep you comfortable.
6. How long do ombré brows last?
With proper aftercare, results can last 1–3 years. A touch-up is usually recommended around the 6–8 week mark.
7. Do I need a consultation first?
Nope! We go over everything on the day of your appointment, including mapping and colour selection. But if you have questions beforehand, feel free to reach out.
8. What’s the healing process like?
Expect light flaking, fading, and what’s called the “ghosting phase” — where pigment appears to disappear before settling. Full healing takes 4–6 weeks.
9. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We have interest-free payment options available for both services and training courses.
10. Do you offer gift vouchers?
